Absolutely. In fact, I encourage it. All I ask is that for posed shots, I be allowed to do my work before they take their pictures. If they get a shot that you particularly like, I would be happy to include it in any of the items that you ordered (such as a moments album).
What areas/cities does Reinhard Photo service?
I operate out of Cedar Rapids and will cover anything within a 60 mile radius. This includes, but is not limited to, Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, Coralville, Waterloo, Cedar Falls, West Branch, Muscatine, Kalona, Riverside, Williamsburg, Anamosa, and Independence. I will consider things outside this area for an additional fee. Please contact me for more details.
What if I can't find a package that fits my needs?
It is my goal to not only capture your unforgettable moments, but to also provide you with an end product that suits your personal needs. If a predefined package doesn't meet these needs, contact me and we'll put together something that does!
When is my payment due?
Your initial deposit of $250 is due when you sign the contract. The remainder of the balance is due one week before your wedding.
How do I reserve my event date?
I will reserve your date upon agreement of a contract and your initial deposit of $250. If you would like to tentatively reserve a date, I will hold a date for one week without a contract. I require a $250 deposit, but this deposit is fully refundable at the end of the seven days if you should choose not to use my services.
How long does it take before I receive the final product?
It depends on several things including what products were ordered, how much touch-up work is needed, and how full my schedule is. Generally it will take 1-2 months for me to prepare your proof set, and then another 1-2 months for me to create the moments album(s) or coffee table book(s).
